The Fine Print

A further 40% of the accommodation fee or payment in full is to be paid directly to the owner within 24 hrs of you receiving our confirmation email. The balance is due by bank transfer 14 days prior to the commencement of booking.
Payments can be made using Pay Pal.

We ask guests for photo identification AND credit card details OR a refundable security bond of $500 AUD. This is to cover any loss or damage to the apartment or furnishings, loss of security keys or additional cleaning costs. Upon receiving the booking confirmation, you will be asked for your credit card number & expiry date along with photo identification OR payment of security bond.
