Cancellation Policy

Stay with Style recommends that you obtain insurance that will provide you with cover should you need to cancel your travel plans.


Cancellations made by Stay With Style

If the property you have booked is not available for any reason, we reserve the right (at our option) to:

- relocate you to a property of an equivalent or better standard and location, or

- refund the full amount paid

If this occurs, we will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible .


Cancellations by Guest

Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted.

Should a guest cancel a reservation, there will be a cost, which changes depending on the moment when the cancellation was received in writing.

This is the cancellation policy for all properties unless specifically stated in the description of the property itself. In such cases the cancellation policy for the specific property 

reserved will be applied.


More than 90 days

Should the guest cancel up to 90 days before the arrival date the guest will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid less a $200 administration fee.


Less than 90 days

If the guest cancels within 90 days of arrival date when a 50 per cent deposit has been paid, 50% of the deposit will refunded.

If all nights are re booked at the same rate. The deposit will be refunded in full less an administration fee of $200 or 10 percent, whichever is the higher


Less than 30 days

If the guest cancels within 30 days of arrival date when 100 per cent monies have been paid, the security deposit is refunded and the accommodation 

costs are only refunded for nights re-booked less $200 or 10 per cent administration fee whichever is the higher. All other fees are non-refundable.

If Stay With Style needs to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, monies will be refunded less the difference between the rates
