Unlike all those large impersonal apartment booking platforms, we have a Guest Services team in Melbourne, available by phone or email. Stay With Style only focusing on properties in good central locations with high standards. From this we attract quality tenants who do not want to wade through numerous websites offering a wide variety of good and bad properties. We offer a tightly edited selection, choosing properties with personality in great locations.

What is your accommodation and selection criteria?
We require properties to be within 7 kilometres of the CBD, in Melbourne, Sydney near to shops cafes and transport. We advertise serviced apartments, individual apartments and houses. The properties must be renovated and in a clean presentable condition, fully equipped and furnished. If you are not sure you can send us 2 or 3 photos buy email to info@staywithstyle.com.au

How much does it cost to promote my property on Stay With Style?
It is free to advertise your property on our website. However we do charge fees for service. Please contact us by submitting your property and we will discuss our services directly.

Does Stay With Style provide a management service of your property?
Stay With Style are licensed Real Estate Agents, who act as booking & letting agents. We work with various service providers who prepare homes before and after stays and we coordinate all check in and out procedures.For For longer term leases, we can assist with preparing leases and bonds, for management we can put you in touch with property managers who specialize in longer term lets.

What Services does Stay With Style Offer
Stay With Style act as a booking service and promote your property. We also access new markets by promoting your property on other accommodation websites. We manage bookings across channels which perfectly integrate with our system , syncing availability calendars and bookings. We handle all tenants payments and account to service providers and owners as agreed.

How do I book an apartment?
On our home page you can Search for accommodation by entering your travel dates or preferred search fields: preferred location, no. of people and dates and then press “search” All the available properties will be shown according to the criteria you selected. Select your preferred apartment, the rate for your dates should show. If you agree with the price and property details you can proceed with booking the apartment by following all the steps and providing your information as requested on the booking form.

What is the payment procedure?
In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
You can make this prepayment online by Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Alternatively you may call us to make a booking and pay by bank transfer. Please fax the bank transfer receipt to Stay With Style (+ 63 03 95349218) to confirm the booking. The balance of the accommodation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?
Usually you receive it within 24 hours of making your booking, provided that the reservation form has been filled in correctly. We cannot confirm the booking unless we receive the required information and the booking deposit. Please note, we update our listings constantly to ensure the real-time booking service for accommodation in Melbourne.

When will I know the address and the arrival details?
After receiving your booking confirmation, you will receive an email confirmation with all your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person you will meet at the apartment.

Where and when will I receive the keys?
The owner or contact person of the accommodation will handover the keys and show you the property upon your arrival, alternatively keys may be left in a coded key safe at the property. Details are given to the guest , when payment has been made in full.

Is there a security deposit I have to pay on arrival?
How can I check the amount I have to pay as a deposit?
A security deposit is an amount of money that is requested in addition to the cost of staying in the apartment. It is returned on your departure assuming that there has been no damage to the apartment, or no extra cleaning is required. You will be required to pay a security deposit which will be specified on the booking form. Please note that photo id such as your passport or Australian drivers licence details may be requested as security.

What will I have to bring along?
All our listings are fully furnished, equipped with bed linen and bath towels. Beach towels are not provided. With most properties a starter of courtesy supplies are provided, such as toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee but as the apartments are self- catering you will need to buy any supplies of food, shampoo & conditioner for yourself and personal belongings.

How can I cancel my accommodation reservation?
All cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax to Stay With Style. Please note that our conditions for cancellation differ depending on how much advance notice you give for the cancellation. For further information, please consult our terms and conditions.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my accommodation reservation?
Usually, our conditions for the cancellation of an accommodation depend on the date the client cancels his/her reservation. Please, check the terms of cancellation of a reservation in our terms and conditions.

How far in advance should I book accommodation?
Our accommodation is very much in demand, especially during high season. Therefore we would always advise that you book as soon as you decide on which apartment you would like to let to make sure you get the one you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is it safe to fill in the payment form with my credit card details?
We take every precaution to protect your information, especially sensitive information such as your credit card number. We use Stripe payment gateway which has Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is an Internet security protocol used by Internet browsers and servers to transmit sensitive information. We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and our Privacy Policy

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa /MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal) or bank transfer payable directly to us - find bank details below. Credit card fees and international bank charges will apply

Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. If an invoice is required, please contact Stay With Style before making a reservation.
